Our Cook Book Sampler

When we first thought of doing a cookbook, it was due to multiple requests for a handful of dishes that were unique to us.  As time goes by, we finally were able to complete a first draft version.  As soon as we finished it we were on the way from 430 loose recipes to over 2500 that we use today, over half of those being BLiSS originals, either by concept or necessity for changes to old standby favs.  As we continue to improve our technology we will bring more volumes to this site.  For now,  we present our first full version of Volume 1, or as we refer to it, the early years!
