Welcome back Mark!

Good Morning to All, BDSC started last week off with a five star Islander Rice and the Steak Sandwhich....there were alot of very happy, satisfied people and grateful for a beautiful tasty flavorfull meal. On Saturday the Chicken Bacon and Broccoli cheddar cheese chicken was a HIT....I convinced a few to try it and they were more than pleased! Great eye appeal, and tasty, tender and juicy! The Salad bar is always a nice side and full of plenty of options. I heard great reviews for the banana Shake...giving that a five star with all the compliments that came from that one! I don't recollect Saturdays International bar, peruvian? It was the BOMB! On Sunday the breakfast bar was so excellent with Orange Wedges! Sounds like maybe a no big deal, but it was SO WELCOMED and SO GOOD! Thank you for that! That and the wedges for Grapefruit are so good! And they make alot of folks very happy! The Turkey cutlet and gyros were very very good! The Turkey was SO tender and beautifully prepared. On Monday, the Beef and Chicken Lomi got back to me with excellent feed back! They said it was a nice change....I'm sorry I missed dinner. Holy Cow, in the sandwich shop you had green containers of "Butter Crackers" and is IT A HIT. I got to try them and they are DELICIOUS, what a nice change, what a great product!!! On Tuesday, the Roasted Garlic Bake Chicken fell off the bone good! Beautifully prepared! The Cauliflower cheese bake was good, tasty, and cheesy, just the way everyone loves it! Let me comment on the great body, taste of the Tomato Soup. No floating tomatoe, just a nice bodied tasty hot Soup, well done!! Comments were flying for the Philly Cheese Steak Roll. That is Positive comments for the Philly cheese steak roll. On Wednesday, the Mediteranean Chicken, the Vegtable fried rice, Broccoli Combo and the Creamy Tomato Soup were all winners! Great food, excellent taste, and easy on the eyes! Lets not forget to mention Breakfast Burritos are on the morning menu and EVERYONE LOVES IT! On Thursday the fried Pork Chops were Outstanding! I suggested it to my co-workers, like I usually do and they got 2 EACH! They loved them! And I can't forget the Sweet Potato and Spinach casserole. That is one product I wait for. It is beautiful to just look at, the texture, color, taste...it has it all. And on Friday you got thumbs up on the tasty Salisbury Steak and Parsley potatoes; and I'd be amiss if I didn't mention the soup bar. The Seafood Cho

wder was delicous -- served hot and very tasty! I hear alot of chatter with the Toasted Supreme Nacho Bar...I must dig in next week and see what I'm missing! There was one person who asked if it is possible, (I told him probably not, but I'd ask) to have a sign warning of peanuts? That is hard to do since alot of baked products have nuts...but I told him I'd ask. One other person said he misses the "Tender Night". I know you serve tenders on Fridays at lunch...but I think he misses the different options of tenders, like the fried, the BBQ, honey mustard. Again, I told him, I'd ask. This has been a great week here at BDSC, a warm welcome Back to Mark. Its' always good to have him on board. The guys on the egg grill, the Chefs table, Omlete table, Waffle table, desert and tray return, cant' beat them! They are so professional, friendly, great at what they do day in and day out!
