Delicious Galley!

Good Morning All, First allow me to thank the whole crew, from the Welome, egg grill/hamburger grill/special sandwhich grill/chefs table/desert and tray return. Consistantly outstanding customer service and a smile! Thank you all. Last Saturday BDSC served up the BEST FRIED CHICKEN! Sounds silly? Well, it was so Fresh, So tasty, So hot and So tender...the chicken and waffles are a winning hand! The zuchinni and salad bar are always good and the Mango home made cheese cake was OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS! The bake shop NEVER disappoints! On Sunday the Patriots Steak bomb on HOME MADE SUB ROLLS WERE OUTSTANDING! The Boston baked beans and the

potatoes were so delicious! Beautifully prepared! On Monday, The country fried swiss steak got really good reviews, the greek pizza w/a eggs bendidict egg and holindaise sauce was a HOME RUN GOOD! The crust on the pizza stood on its own done perfectly! The crust really makes or breaks a home made pizza, and who ever prepared and baked off the crust, my hats off! Great job! The roasted Turkey was SO tender and tasty, the apple and brown rice was DELICIOUS and the PHO? COME ON! THE BEST EVER! This is NO KIDDING GOOD! I can't wait for it to make another appearance! The Eye Appeal, the aroma, the flavor, choice of pasta...Really, Really GOOD! On Tuesday, The fried Pork Chop was beautifully fried, and juicy to the bone! The Garlic rice NICE AND GARLICY! OH YEAH! And the Hawiian Sloppy joe gets some good feed back! On Wednesday the Brooklyn Penne Ariabiate was tasty, but I do have one suggestion; it was spicy and it could have used a "Spicy" sign for those who love pasta, but don't appreciate Spicy food. The Aztec rice with Black Beans was really good, and the Chicken and wild Rice soup got some good reviews. The soup bar consistently gets good reviews! And the Chili Soup was right on Point. It was NOT a 5 alarm fire, it was tasty, had great flavor and a really good product, thank you. On Thursday I went back to the Burrito Bowl, and it does not disappoint. On Friday the Beef and Broccoli stir-fry is always a pleasure, the flavor is good and the beef tender! The Roasted Zucchini is always delicous and nicely prepared. Dinner had a favorite for all hands, the Mega Steak, and there was a choice of well or Med, which went REALLY WELL! The Buttered Crab legs, always a winning hand and the crazy corn DELICIOUS! Great color, excellent taste! What an outstanding dinner, let's not forget to mention the Fried Pickles!! And the home made Fries...All in all an outstanding week at BDSC!
