Great week at BDSC

Good Morning, BDSC started off last Saturday with the most juicy succulant fried Chicken perfectly fried! And the Salad bar is always a nice side fully loaded with plenty to chose from! On Sunday, the Chicago Italian Roast beef with a cucumber carrot side (Itailian salad) was OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS, TASTY, TENDER, AND WET! JUST THE WAY CHICAGOIANS LOVE THEIR ITALIAN ROAST BEEF! They also did an Octoberfest that went over very well, with lots of folks talking! On Monday the Roast beef was very lean and tender with a beautiful au jus and again, whoever makes the cole slaw continues to do a fabulous job! At dinner BDSC prepared the most interesting, delicous Egg Roll on the grill! What an EXCELLENT concept! It was very well received! On Tuesday BDSC prepared the best BBQ Ribs! They were meaty, and beautifully prepared on the grill!! And for dinner there was plenty of good talk about the Prime Rib! On Wednesday the buckeye BBQ Chicken was a 3 alarm fire, but the FLAVOR was outstanding and the chicken was tender and juicy! The Fish Tacos were really delicous, tender and lightly fried to perfection with a most excellent side of dipping sauce!! I can't forget to share with you the Spinach and sweet potato casserole was OUTSTANDING! That is a WINNING HAND! On Thursday the Fried Hens were very good! Lightly fried, juicy, and tasty all the way around! The Spiach and Artichoke dip was the BEST, it was so good, hot, and had great flavor! The Beef and Broccoli was exceptional! Really excellent flavor!! On Friday everyone was happy and content with Burgers/Dogs on the GRILL!! NOTHING is better than grabbing something to eat off of a hot BBQ grill!! GREAT LUNCH! A suggestion came my way: Asking if it's possible to get in banana peppers say on pizza days...and or sweet peppers. The other suggestion was: Could they serve the perogies (I believe they said they were potato perogies) with out the meat sauce. Outside of that BDSC had an excellent week!
