Thanks for the tour

Yesterday, 7 October 2017, I had the pleasure of partaking in a behind the scenes tour of our dining facility by the staff. Burgess, the Iraq Country Lead, provided a very informative insight into not just food prep but the detailed steps taken to ensure food safety. Do you think only the food has to be cleaned? Oh, no because cleaning also involves sanitation of the items used to prepare and cook the food that is distributed to all persons from the ambassador to the guards who diligently staff the perimeters. Awesome time and the treats provided at the end was my favorite but I had to proceed cautiously because I had to leave room for Mongolian BBQ! Thank you very much.
