Lobster roll

Good Morning and May I wish you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY, HEALTHY, BLESSED NEW YEAR! Last Sunday, BDSC prepared a delicious Lobster Roll with Spicy Home made french fries that was delicious! On Monday they served up a breakfast pizza that folks really enjoyed and beef tips for lunch that could be cut with a plastic fork! SO TENDER! The hot rolls the bake shop makes, everyone goes coo-coo for! The apple and brown rice is so tasty and the steamed purple cabbage is good and has nice eye appeal. On Tuesday the battered fried fish and chips were delicious, lightly fried, just a good product all around. The hamburger steak with mushroom Sauce went over very well, with them sopping up the sauce with the Bake Shop's most delicious dinner /lunch rolls. The Brazilian Black Bean Stew was a hit as well as the chicken burrito on the chef's table. On Thursday the Caramelized Baked Chicken was tender along the best Macaroni and Cheese! Great eye appeal, excellent flavor! For dinner those Salmon Steaks were DELICIOUS! I could have eaten more they were so tasty and they are so healthy!! Great product! The Buttered flat noodles are always delicious. And Friday the BBQ outside continues to draw BDSC OUT of their rooms over to grab a burger or dog! As always, just want to Thank BDSC Management team and their crew for an outstanding week of great customer service, the decorations are beginning to look a lot like Christmas! The music is an added "upper" and the work the team does to make the Cafeteria a place to enjoy a hot meal, a few moments of good conversation is very much appreciated!
