New Years!

Good Morning All, I hope everyone had a safe and Happy New Year! BDSC last Sunday had a nice Smoked BBQ Chicken and on the NFL Chefs table some delicious home made Kettle Chips!! The Baked Sweet potato is always DELICIOUS and perfectly prepared! And the Bake shop knocked it out of the ball park with their Honey Butter Biscuits! On Monday the Sweet Chili Chicken was really beautifully prepared with such a nice flavor and great eye appeal! The BBQ glazed Meatballs were tasty and tender! The Seasoned Corn, beautiful, bright yellow, hot and delicious. The Lomi is always a nice meal and the late night outdoor dogs/burgers was outstanding!!! On Tuesday the bake shop decorated the most beautiful chocolate cake! They do a spectacular job all around!! Oh and the wings were delicious, HOT, FRESH, TASTY and the teriyaki wings were the BOMB!! On Wednesday at dinner the Teriyaki Roasted Chicken was nicely prepared with the roasted Carrots. Nice job on the Black Bean Shepard's Pie too. On Thursday you can't go wrong with the Burrito Bowl Bar and at dinner the Slow Roasted Pork and Corn/Tomato Medley were nicely prepared! Looking forward to tonight's (Friday) BDSC Chop House! The T-bone and Grilled Strip Steak with BBQ Baked beans and twice baked potatoes sound out of this world good!! Thank you BDSC for all that you do day in and day out for us. Everything is appreciated!! And thank you for the team always so quick to answer questions and take time for us. Again, I wish a Happy and Blessed New Year for the whole Food Service Team! Always, V/R
