Chop House!

Good Evening, I don't usually do this, but I am to excited to keep this to myself until next week when I usually drop you a line. Friday, yesterday the BDSC Chop House was BEAUTIFULLY DONE, really nice tender, tasty Grilled T-Bones and a easy to cut, tender Grilled Strip Steak, both perfectly prepared!! The BBQ Baked Beans were delicious as per usual, and the twice baked potatoes were SPOT ON! The corn on the cob, hot and tasty! I thought I could keep this to myself until next week until I went to dinner and had the "Balkan Cevapi" ; holy Toledo was it DELICIOUS, with a really nice flavor!!! And on top of that was the "Balkan Bar" with ALL delicious foods! Come On!! There had to be ALOT of work put into tonight's dinner to have the Chicken Paprikash, Cheese Borek, Chicken and rice and Lokumi all be so outstanding!! What a great weekend for BDSC and I just wanted to say Thank you!!!!! You hit it out of the ball park once again. I cant thank you enough for all the work and love you put into your menu and preparations!! Have a great rest of your weekends! Always, V/R
