Chicken and Chops

Good Evening, Last Monday here at BDSC they served up a DELICIOUS Grilled chicken Parmesan! I had tried the Bimbimbap at the Chefs table and waited until later on to try the Chicken Parm, so let me tell you, the Bimbimbap was OUTSTANDING! I hope that comes back again!!Great color, texture, flavor! And the sides like roasted carrots, spinach and the sauce were really really good!! On Tuesday I ate the Chicken Parm and the flavor was DELICIOUS! The sauce had a beautiful flavor and the chicken was still tender and tasty!! Great job!!!!And I lucked out as the main line had garlicky garlic bread, so I enjoyed the Chicken Parm with your delicious garlic bread!! That evening, I picked up a Dry Rubbed Grilled Pork Chop and HOLY COW, IT WAS TENDER! AND HAD A REALLY EXCELLENT FLAVOR!!!! On Wednesday it appears the same person who made your Tomato Soup last week, you picked him/her again, because the body, the taste, the aroma, a perfect cup of Tomato Soup, thank you! At dinner BDSC put out a Seafood Extravaganza at dinner and it was outstanding, the lobster, crab legs, beautifully prepared boiled potato and just right mini corn on the cob! Oh, lets not forget the perfectly fried shrimp! Great Meal!! On Thursday the Caramelized Baked Chicken was beautifully prepared; again, great color, good eye appeal, excellent taste. The Blueberry BBQ Chicken was the BOMB and others who I told it about, LOVED IT! I tried your Shrimp Creole and thought it was absolutely perfectly prepared. I suggested it to some poo-pooers and they came back to me wishing they had taken MORE!! Great job!! Today, Friday I enjoyed the Fried Eggs and they do a FABULOUS job! Quick, professional, and friendly! For dinner I enjoyed the MOST TENDER STILL PINK MEGA STEAK!! The Crumbed Mushrooms were DELICIOUS and prepared beautifully! And the Red Wine Sauce was a nice surprise!! GREAT MEAL! Another great week here at BDSC and again, I want to thank the Team for their patience, their willingness to always answer my questions and the team from coming in to departing are all professional and friendly.
