Brunch Stuff

Good Afternoon All, Here we are at BDSC beginning with last Sunday, Presidents Day. The menu was outstanding and among all the great choices, the GRILLED nice and crispy hot dogs were outstanding!! LOVE well done dogs off the grill! I had from the day before a delicious Roasted Chicken, vegie combo, BBQ Beans and green beans, what a delicious meal!! The Shake Bar prepared a sincerely delicious Chocolate Shake that beat the band!!! The Bake Shop did it again! They had a beautifully decorated cake for the occasion! The Flame Grilled ribs were delicious too. Dinner had the Mega Burger Bar and what a nice surprise to have a medium rare! There were well, medium well etc. Beautiful job on all the choices!! BDSC also prepared a Homemade Chili Con Carne w/o beans that had really nice flavor, a bit of a kick but NOT a five alarm, all in all a very good product! On Monday for dinner they prepared on the Chinese Bar a really good, tender, tasty, great eye appeal Cantonese Grilled Chicken and DELICOUS egg fried rice! Got some good feedback on the Chicken and Beef Banh Mi. Oh, I don't want to forget how nice the Fried Cabbage w/carrots were!! On Tuesday I was pleasantly surprised with FRESH STRAWBERRIES, what a great treat!! They served up the BEST Stuffed French Toast!! NO KIDDING GOOD!!! Got some good feedback on the Beef Peppercorn Pie w/Puff Pastry and the Turkey Breast on the Eat Smart Bar. On Wednesday lets begin with the BAKE SHOP. They continue to hit it out of the ball park with a cheese cake made with peanut butter; holy cow it was GOOD!! The Teriyaki Chicken was delicious and at dinner there was a lot of good feedback on the South Asian Bar. On Thursday at lunch it is always delicious to have BLACK BEANS, the BEST!! Just plain black beans on a burrito bowl is outstanding!!! The Pancake Bar was SO HOT FRESH AND DELICIOUS!!! There was bacon available as well! There is nothing better than breakfast for dinner!! Friday the BAKE SHOP had 3 delicious desserts out there and they were all outstanding! The team behind the Fresh off the grill is as always a PLEASURE! At dinner the Longhorn BBQ Pit was outstanding. Today, Saturday for lunch the many plates I passed up including my own had the Roasted Turkey with cornbread stuffing. The Asian Style Broccoli was very nicely prepared and had great flavor!! Oh, I tried the Spinach cream soup, and it was beautiful to look at and the flavor was outstanding! I'm looking forward to dinner to see the Spatchcocked Chicken and the Iraqi Bar. All in all BDSC had an excellent week and as always, the team is always available for questions and they are always friendly, available and helpful!!
