MLK Day

Good Afternoon everyone! Last Sunday was MLK Day and BDSC did a great job on the Smoked Beef Brisket! I only took a hand full of the broken pieces and the pieces may have been small, but the FLAVOR was gigantic! Really nicely done! The Sweet Potato Biscuits were outstanding! Wish I had taken 2. The Bake Shop did a spectacular job on the decoration of the CHOCOLATE cake! Its always a winning hand to enjoy a home made chocolate cake on Holidays!! Lets not forget to mention the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Come on, it was excellent!!! On Monday they served up a delicious Pho and Cranberry Cookie from the bake shop. Tuesday the Cape Town Gatbsy Sandwich was delicious on the home made bun!! Chicken fried to PERFECTION, juicy and tender! And the bread was out of this world delicious and had great eye appeal. Wednesday the Teriyaki Chicken was good, the Old bay fried shrimp taco was A HIT! And the secret sauce really tops it off!! I got word that folks are happy at night, for instance, they complimented the shrimp stir fry for that late evening meal. On Thursday the BBQ Pulled Chicken IS A WINNER! I don't know what you all are doing with that, but the tiny bun is PERFECT, the pulled chicken out of this world and speaking as someone who LOVES Slaw, your team member did a GREAT JOB on the cole slaw!!!! Yesterday, Friday the folks you have on the Grill cooking up eggs do a fabulous job, friendly, professional and a pleasure to see. The Fried shrimp and grilled corn on the cob for dinner was nicely prepared. This morning (Saturday) I took a Lox and bagel and IT WAS GOOD! They do a nice job toasting up the bagel and the choice of cream cheeses I'm sure are very appreciated. I'm old school and love just normal cream cheese, but they are all good!! Looking forward to tonight to try the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Anyway, BDSC as always, thank you for all that you do!! Wishing you all an excellent weekend. Always, V/R
