Good Evening BDSC, Starting with last Sunday, the lunch menu with double crunch chicken breast was a hit! The color, the eye appeal was outstanding! The roasted chicken, a beautiful sight, real nice color on the potato bar was delicious! At dinner they did a nice job on the Hawaiian Chicken & the Bake Shop hit a home run with I believe it was called Aztec cookies, really delicious and well received! Also, absolutely drove everyone nuts was the chocolate nutty pound cake! Everyone was chatting about that! Monday, at lunch the sweet chili chicken was BOLD in flavor, the buttery goodness of the seasoned kernel corn was fantastic! At dinner, great eye appeal with the turkey & corn bread dressing! The steak&spinach low mein was bursting with delicious flavor! The toasted supreme nacho bar was outstanding! Love their taco bowls! And the Bake Shop again, kicked a field goal with a German Cake- so moist & flavorful. On Tuesday, the decorations & food served up for Madrid Gras was outstanding! Lunch, chefs table, dinner with a Madrid Gras Bar! Flavorful, bursting with Cajun flavor, colorful King cup cakes! Everything was outstanding! They made the whole day fun & delicious! Wednesday, fresh off the grill they served up perfectly fried fish sandwich! They have it going on! At dinner, the German Bar hit a home run! Everything was good, nicely prepared & tasty! Thursday, the chili cheese dog casserole was easy on the eyes, & quesadillas? Always a winning hand! The salad bar is outstanding, always filled with tasty fruits& healthy vegetables! Friday, the chefs table served up a hot perfectly fried catfish, mushy peas& homemade delicious chips! It was outstanding! At dinner, the pasta bar was busy& it looked really attractive, nice color, textures, and welcoming! The main dinner line was holy cow good with ribs grilled, fried mushrooms, mini corn, hot & sweet, and a fisherman’s wharf cioppino that had excellent flavor& so colorful! And today, Saturday, the firecracker salmon was holy Toledo good! The asparagus was a great side & at dinner the garlic orange chicken, fried cabbage was nicely prepared. The Bake Shop had some more delicious chocolate nutty pound cake enjoyed by many, but I chose the bake shops home made chocolate cake with strawberry filling and a sweet, delicious, smooth frosting!
