BBQ Pitt

Good Evening BDSC! Last Sunday, they served up a delicious moist, flavorful spicy BBQ Chicken w/tasty collard greens! The chefs table had fabulous roasted ham w/pineapple sauce (so good!) and a side of applesauce! I peeked at the BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich & it was a sight to behold! Beautifully done! At dinner, they knocked it out of the ball park w/a bold colored, tender pork adobo! You got some good reviews on the hot dog bar! On Monday, I was told the grilled Swiss steak was really tender and the buttery kernel corn was spot on! The roasted zucchini& carrots were nicely prepared too! The grill offered a Texas toast delicious turkey bacon melt w/ cranberry sauce& a spicy mayo that was so melt in your mouth good! And Holy Cow, the bake shop put out a Apple Tart that drove everyone crazy! It was incredible!! The potato bar served up a delicious roasted rosemary chicken & the Chinese bar was outstanding all the way around! On Tuesday, the chefs table prepared a Gorgeous, tasty, flavorful, Hunan Chicken! That is a keeper!!! At dinner, the best seafood boil!! On Wednesday, what a treat to have avocado hummus! At dinner the Hungarian pot roast was tender and delicious w/ seasoned collard greens. On Thursday, your quesadillas are always good! The fruit crepes were spot on delicious! At dinner, the jerk chicken looked so beautiful, the salmon was fluffy inside, tasty, nicely prepared & the fresh green beans & fresh mushrooms was the best! On Friday, the line stayed long for BDSC’s delicious bang, bang shrimp. Sam is the best on the grill for eggs & the BBQ pit was outstanding! Today, Saturday, the taco bowl on the taco bar, beautifully done, & dinner, the Italian meat balls w/spaghetti Aglio e Olio very good w/ a nice chicken wing baked on the potato bar! All in all another great week here at BDSC! Thank you all from beginning, walking in, to departing, tray drop off& all in between! What an outstanding team! Thank you for everything you do!
