Good Evening BDSC! Let's get started with last Sunday and the Chef's Table serving up THE BEST, GREAT EYE APPEAL, FLAVOR FLAME GRILLED BEER LEMON SPATCHOCK CHICKEN, FRIES AND THE "BEST" AS ALWAYS COLE SLAW!! COME ON! IT WAS THE BOMB!! At dinner they served up buttery good GARLICY green beans and south west cabbage. On Monday, the Stuffed Peppers were beautiful to look at, and delicious to EAT! The herb roasted Chicken, beautifully prepared! And almost daily they serve up, no kidding, the BEST Baked Beans on the potato bar!! Thank you for that and the refried beans...it makes every meal the best!! Oh, dinner, they served up the most outstanding tasty, colorful, Chinese Bar with delicious Vegetable spring rolls that EVERYONE loves!!! Great bar!~ On Tuesday, St. Patrick's Day the St. Patrick's day bar was outstanding, The Shamrock Boiled Dinner WAS SECOND TO NONE !!!!! EGGS BENEDICT WITH IRISH SODA BREAD and green hollandaise was fabulous! The BAKE SHOP OUT DID THEM SELVES AS PER USUAL WITH LIKE 6 DIFFERENT DESSERTS, A BEAUTIFULLY PERFECTLY DECORATED CHOCOLATE CAKE! WE'RE TALKING PIES, COOKIES, LITTLE BALLS ETC. UNBELIEVEABLE, WHAT TALENT YOU HAVE! Then, to top it off, you had 2 VERY LONG LINES DIVING INTO THE MEGA BURGER BAR!! COME ON! PERFECTLY FITTING THE BUN, NOT TO BIG, AND DEFINITLY NOT TO SMALL!! A PHENOMINAL JOB! Oh, I had one comment. I am not a lamb lover, don't particularly enjoy lamb, HOWEVER, WHO EVER PREPARED THE ST. PATTY'S LAMB STEW NEEDS A PAT ON THE BACK BECAUSE I TRIED IT, IT WAS SO TENDER, GREAT FLAVOR, AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT WAS LAMB! GREAT JOB!!!! On Wednesday the Roasted Chicken, Bacon and Corn pot pie with Puff Pastry was colorful, tasty and nicely prepared. On Thursday, the Roasted honey sriracha chicken had great eye appeal, great color and moist to the bone. Nicely prepared. The Flame jerk Chicken also was nicely prepared, moist to the bone. I purposely take the breast b/c folks say it's dry. NO IT'S NOT. It's moist to the bone, beautifully done!! BAKE SHOP ONCE AGAIN, KNOCKS IT OUT OF THE BALL PARK WITH A SHORT BREAD HOME MADE APPLE PIE!! HOLY TOLEDO, WARM WITH A SHOT OF VANILLA FROZEN ICE CREAM, YOU JUST WANT TO SCREAM!~YES!!! Really a great job!! On Friday I tried the chefs table Fried Cat Fish and it was perfectly fried, not to much, the fish was tasty, well prepared and the fries/tarter sauce were good as well. The BAKE SHOP prepared a Hot Coconut Cake that was superb, great flavor and SO MOIST. At dinner, I was running late and there was still DELICIOUS BEAUTIFULLY GRILLED RIBS, CORN ON THE COB AND COBBLER TO ENJOY. What a meal, thank you!! And lastly, today, Saturday. The main line had Savory Roasted Chicken (I'm a huge fan of chicken) with Asian style broccoli and calico corn. A real nice meal! Oh, the Assorted Salad bar had White Bean hummus that was very tasty! And dinner, the Lemon pepper Salmon hit a home run along with the strawberry BBQ chicken!!!! Let's not forget the creamed spinach. What a week! As always, Thank you all, from walking in to walking out and everyone in between, thank you!! You do a phenomenal job day in and day out and I certainly don't take anything you do for granted.
