Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie

Good Afternoon BDSC, I'm back on day shift and will be reporting in earlier than normal. Let's start with last Sunday with the Delicious Chefs Table serving up BBQ Pulled sweet pork over French fries. They were to die for! The Cajun tasty Beef Stuffed Peppers were spot on! And the Pork Adobo was very tender. The Hot dog bar was very popular and everything served on it was outstanding!! I have to tell you, on the potato bar, the refried and BBQ Baked Beans are a great staple, thank you!!!!! On Monday, the Greek Pizza had plenty of spinach and feta, very good tasting! The Chinese Bar at dinner was fabulous especially the spring rolls!! Everyone loves them! On Tuesday, BDSC served up moist to the bone Forty Clove Braised Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, it was a great meal! The BAKE SHOP PULLED OUT A GREAT BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE THAT REMINDED ME OF EATING BANANA BREAD, BUT IT WAS A COOKIE. Great job!! On Wednesday the Salad Bar was beautifully stocked, lots of options and potato bar served up chicken breast with tomatoes. The BBQ Beans/refried beans always a pleasure to have on the side!!Even though it's now a go only, nothing is changed. The food is still delicious, the service is still professional, the team is still friendly and warm. They are doing a spectacular job!! On Thursday, the grilled butter garlic salmon was TO DIE FOR! The Franconia potatoes, and corn O'Brien were great sides!! At dinner they served up a Delicious, flavorful Jamaican Jerk Chicken!! The Jamaican Rice Porridge was absolutely delicious!! HOT and delicious! Friday, the sesame ginger beef was tasty and had great flavor. Saturday, I got to go in for breakfast, and the set up is great. The fried eggs, HOT CREAM OF WHEAT with Cranberries on the salad bar!! WAY TO GO! The salad bar had great options as well. BDSC had a great week, and I want to thank all of you for what you do, day in and day out. Wishing you all a great weekend. Oh P.S. I haven't gone in for lunch yet, but, I am jumping right into the Toasted Supreme Nacho Bar because IT IS A WINNER! Thank you all again. Always,
