Sweet Chili Chicken

Good Morning BDSC, Let’s start with last Sunday’s lunch. The sticky Hoisin Chicken had great color and a side of green beans it had great eye appeal, flavor & texture! On Monday the Sweet Chili Chicken was beautifully prepared, turmeric yellow rice and buttery, sweet, delicious kernel corn! I took a peek at the BDSC pizza, & the Bake Shop did a great job on the crust!! On Tuesday, breakfast had a great cheese omelette, the biscuits are delicious, & I’m great full for the salad bar offering Cottage Cheese, pears&peaches, &The Bake Shop made some delicious fried doughnuts. At lunch the Chinese five spice chicken was moist to the bone,with outstanding roasted sweet potatoes!! Wednesday, BDSC prepared delicious beet hummus&the Bake Shop prepared pineapple cookies, they were to die for! At lunch, they fried up perfectly made oysters, with a dribble of fresh lemon & a spot of hot sauce? They were great!! The potato bar served up my favorite, Roasted Chicken with broccoli,Cauliflower &carrots! Nicely done! Thursday, Bake Shop served up marvelous crepes!! So sweet& delicate! Had nice Crispy Bacon& eggs. At lunch, you can’t go wrong with their quesadillas! And on their Hot sandwich bar, the Bake Shop knocked it out of the ball park with fresh, delicious home made little sub rolls. Beautifully baked!! Friday breakfast was good, they always have something fun to offer, like breakfast pizza, Or beautifully baked products from the Bake Shop! Saturday, the garlic butter shrimp was perfectly prepared, garlic orange chicken, nice color, moist, but don’t worry, you can never put too much garlic on or in anything! The green beans were a beautiful side & again, the Bake Shop prepared a delicious red velvet cake! Another excellent week at BDSC! Wishing you & your team a great weekend!
