Memorial Day

Starting off last Sunday, Memorial Day. Breakfast cream of wheat, delicious chicken tender nuggets, fried eggs& pinto beans w/potatoes. Now, let’s talk lunch! Delicious, perfectly fitted bun Mega Burgers! All the fixings were great, sautéed mushrooms perfect! Garlic fries & home made buns! A most excellent meal!!! The celebration cake was beautiful, tender, the filling was delicious and the frosting perfect! Was so happy to see the Mega burger at lunch, thank you! Monday, Really tasty croissant with egg, ham& cheese. Lunch had Greek pizza, great sturdy crust, great eye appeal & beautifully prepared! The roasted Greek chicken, buttery delicious corn& the roasted zucchini & carrots was a great lunch! The bake shop hit it twice! At breakfast, really tender, tasty apple muffins & at lunch, Apple tart to beat the band! Tuesday, the team prepared, no kidding hot, tasty, perfectly fried chicken wings! The salad bar is screaming, take me! Take me! A great lunch! The salad bar is always well stocked and filled with great choices, breakfast & lunch! Wednesday, V helped me again with 2 huevos rancheros with no onions! This Time it was scrambled eggs instead of sunny side up. They were good too. That is a very popular breakfast! Thursday, you kicked it out of the park with a super tender, tasty, delicious steak sandwich on croissant! Wowser good! Believe his name is Ravy, he is getting better & better at making delicious Light Coffee! Nice job, especially with that delicious steak sandwich! Always a delicious quesadilla with all the fixings for lunch. On Friday, there was another buttery tender delicious ham,cheese,egg croissant with a side of beans& potatoes! Come on! Top it off with a hot fresh light coffee and your day starts off with a bang! The bake shop had a nice chocolate cake on the dessert bar, nicely done! And today, Saturday, at lunch great BDSC hamburger sliders on perfect buns! Really excellent! All in all another outstanding week. Thank you all for what you do day in, day out. Have a great day!
