Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Good Afternoon BDSC, Kicking this off with a beautifully stocked salad bar & a grilled to perfection, tender,tasty, moist spatchcock chicken swimming in heavenly garlic sauce! Monday brought in excellent carrot hummus, & Greek Pizza that was very flavorful& had great color! The Cajun fried cauliflower fried to perfection, accompanied with outstanding, extremely delicious beef tenderloin on a home made perfect bun! On the side was an INCREDIBLE HORSE RADISH! I grew up eating that, & this one was absolutely delicious! On Tuesday, something I’m unsure of. It starts with a “M”, I believe it’s made with chic peas & it had good flavor, I’m sorry I forgot what it is! It was kind of sweet. Your night Supervisor came out “V” & shared 2 slices of round hot, delicious ham slices. They were tender, moist & tasty! I heard some good comments on the “phenomenal “ Roast Lamb&mint sauce! The smothered grilled pork chop was nicely prepared & the salad bar had nice cold applesauce, perfect side for the pork & THE BEST ROASTED SWEET POTATOES! Holy Cow! No kidding! On Wednesday, your kind night crew “V”, keeps 2 huevos rancheros w/o Onions so I can enjoy them too! The Thai Chicken w/peanut sauce was Outstanding! I don’t know what it was, but there was something that kicked you right in the head! A spice that took you by surprise! I really enjoyed it, it was tolerable& full of flavor! The Bake Shop did a fantastic job on their Cowboy Cookie! No kidding! Deliciousness in every bite! On Thursday, the Asian stir fry was tasty, crunchy cabbage good! And, the quesadilla is always a winning hand! Oh, hold on. Your Bake Shop kicked a clean field goal with a German Chocolate brownie There was heavenly music with each bite!! And today, Saturday, forgive me, but I’m not sure of the spelling, but one of your night cooks, chefs Bulay? surprised me with a beautiful vegetable pizza, NO Onions,& the CRUST was perfect! Not Chicago, but no where near NY! Really nicely done!!! I went for Tacos today. The shells were outstanding! A nice crispy tasty shell & all the fixings! Always nicely done! There was an interesting bake shop treat today Called cake in milk. Holy Toledo! Moist tender,hot, tasty,delicious! Great job! Another outstanding week for BDSC! Thank you, thank your day& night crew, they are all phenomenal! A great group of professionals!! I’m so great full for the thoughtfulness of your team! Wishing you all an outstanding weekend!
