Happy Halloween

Good Evening BDSC! Let’s jump in to last Sunday, serving up a hot, colorful, tasty, beautifully presented Flame grill Lemon Chicken, along side a flavorful, tasty, colorful Shrimp stir fry w/outstanding carrots & celery!! As beautiful & perfect as the veggies were, no one would complain IF you added more next time! The HALLOWEEN 🎃 pumpkins WERE PERFECTLY DONE! The decorations were spot on! AND, the Cake! An incredible job on the decorating & CHOCOLATE to boot! Come On! Moist, flavorful, & decorations you’d expect at the bake shops in the States! Well Done! On Monday, I had some folks ask if Rice Pudding was coming….I told them I’d mention it to you! The Roast Chicken was flavorful, & tender to the bone plus, the Beef& Spinach low mein was delicious!! The plain buttery corn was perfect along with the Italian green beans! Great presentation, textures colors, & flavors! On Tuesday, the oven fried chicken & green-beans were delicious! Before I forget, there were some folks stating your peanut butter fudge is outstanding! Great job BAKE SHOP! On Wednesday, thank the Night Shift, for my last onion- less colorful delicious Huevos Rancheros! I SO appreciate the kindness! Lunch served up an excellent meaty seared Salmon, w/ broccoli peppers & corn& seasoned zucchini! Excellent meal! On Thursday, breakfast the delicious steak burrito & pinto beans! Love it! At lunch they served up Shoe String fries & they were such a nice treat!! At dinner, the most outstanding Jamaican Oxtail Stew, and Mark suggested cheese bread to “sop”…..he was spot on! The gravy was. Deep, dark, wonderful gravy! Friday, my first dinner in quite a while & Mark surprised me with TWICE BAKED onion-less POTATOES! Holy cow! Unbelievable! Whipped, little nuggets of potatoes, cheese topped TO PERFECTION! Thank you Mark! The T bone was perfectly grilled, tender to the bone, the mini corn on the cob, sweet & tasty along with the green beans! WHAT AN OUTSTANDING MEAL! Today, Saturday, the tacos were spot on, and dinner, Italian meat loaf was colorful, tasty & beautifully prepared! BAKE SHOP- your home made brownies were SPOT ON! What a great week, as per usual!
