Good Afternoon BDSC, Beginning last week, lunch served up truly a buttery, garlic delicious shrimp and spaghetti Aglio e Olio which many folks love! At dinner, the moist, tender, fried white fish was beautifully prepared along with your mac&cheese. I heard some really good comments from the chicken curry & this Jamaican was very pleased! On Monday,dinner had tasty, tender nuggets of sweet &sour pork, shrimp Lo Mein and extra deep dark delicious sweet& sour sauce on the side. On Tuesday, You served UP DELICIOUS PERFECTLY FRIED CHICKEN LIVERS! A nicely prepared Memphis dry rub chicken with oven brown potatoes & roasted zucchini. A great lunch! On Wednesday, the beef liver was done nicely and the roasted chicken wings were as always, fabulous!! I just wanted to mention, even at 1300, the build your pizza line is STILL SO LONG& popular! On Thursday, Veterans Day, the dogs, brisket & slaw were excellent BUT the GARLIC FRENCH LOAF WAS PHENOMENAL, no kidding!! On Friday, the baby back ribs were perfect, baked beans were outstanding ( no onions)& delicious! Then the sweet, buttery, delicious mini corn on the cob was so good!! Oh, you surprised me with Fried delicious mushrooms on the main line! Perfect job!!! I had some folks say how smoother the lines go moving the curry to the main line, they wanted to say thank you for that! These same folks are still asking about Rice Pudding. That would be lovely at lunch…..And today, the seared Tilapia, cabbage & fried eggplant was tasty. One last note: you had Edgar who for the longest time prepared the BEST LIGHT coffee, he got Raj to prepare wonderful light coffee& the last couple of afternoons ( my work hours changed) I’m finding outstanding light coffee & it’s been prepared by Gaurare, who I have found serving ice cream!
