Saving the day!

Good Morning BDSC! Another excellent week here at BDSC; I want to get back to last Saturday first. You had 2 Team members who saved me literally, from myself. They know I can't digest onion/scallions and as I was finishing my walk around both Sebastian and Hasiba stopped me and let me know I picked something I should not have SO THANK YOU TO BOTH OF YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CONSIDERATION, TIME AND KINDNESS! They talked me into instead getting the Beef ribs and HOLY COW, THEY WERE TENDER, THE AROMA WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE SAUCE WAS SPOT ON!!! That was an excellent choice and thank you both for that as well. Now, Sunday, the grilled Lemon Chicken, who ever prepared that item, KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE BALL PARK! The lemon flavor saturated through; sooooo delicious! And the roasted vegetables were, as always beautifully prepared. Monday, your team knocked it OUT OF THE BALL PARK WITH SHRIMP SCAMPI! And the Garlic Green Beans were delicious also. Everything with Garlic is always excellent!! I tried the "Hawaiian" Cole slaw; it ROCKED!! I'm a HUGE Slaw eater and the normal Cole slaw, this Cole slaw are really really good!!! On Tuesday, the team prepared A PHENOMINAL GINGER POT ROAST. It was SO tender, and the gravy, dark and delicious with the creamed spinach and perfect corn bread. On Wednesday, the LINE WAS INCREDIBLE!! ALL HANDS ON DECK for BDSC Build your own pizza!! HOLY COW, ALWAYS A WINNING HAND! Many compliments for your alfredo sauce and the Marinara sauce. Well done!!! Oh, and the vegetarians I am aware of, they like the amount of "vegies" you offer. Always a great job!!! On Thursday, For the older folks who sing "I'd walk a million miles for one of your smiles" turns into your I'd walk a million miles for one of your BDSC chicken wings....NO KIDDING. AGAIN, A LONG LINE ALL ANTICIPATING the delicious, perfectly fried, tasty chicken wings! They just can't get enough! Now, on Friday, Mark stopped me while I took a hamburger. He stopped me and showed me I believe it's called Chips&Bun. For those of us who love our carbs, the fresh hot French Fries on a supple hamburger bun squished with added butter salt and ketchup WAS UNDENIABLY DELICIOUS! Always learning something new, thank you Mark!! And today, I'm holding my breath for Lunch. Why? Because an old friend is returning, it's name is Chicken And Waffles!! OH YEAH! Hot waffles with Peanut butter, bacon and syrup! On Top of that a beautifully prepared piece of Fried Chicken!! Can't wait! To all hands, THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER OUTSTANDING WEEK. Thank you for all that you do from start to finish and everything in between. You continue to do outstanding work, providing great meals with a great team. Wishing you all a blessed weekend.
