True Professionals!!!

On the afternoon of 24 November 2021, at approximately 1222 (12:22pm), while eating in the Baghdad, Iraq, US Embassy Dining Facility, I had experienced an ordeal in where x2 of my colleagues’ fast actions saved my life. One identified the issue, and the other preformed the Heimlich maneuver on me, in which I immediately regained the ability to breathe on my own again. However, I want to express the gratitude and commend the Dining Facility Management and staff as “True Professionals”, especially, Manager Mr. Jackson (red polo shirt) and his crew. As this ordeal was transpiring, I could observe some staff briskly walk up towards us, appearing concerned, and then returning with the Dining Facility Management, Mr. Jackson. Once this ordeal had transpired, I felt obligated to clean up the mess I had caused. But, they being true professionals politely asked us and nearby occupants to relocate too other tables, as they proceeded to quarantine the infected area and immediately disinfected this area. Again, I want to commend Mr. Jackson and his crews’ performance as “True Professionals”. I further wish to express my gratitude, and ask that the Dining Facility’s higher echelon Management please recognize these individuals. Thank you again!!!
