You All Rock!

Good Morning BDSC, Let's start off this week with the BAKE SHOP AND THE COMPLIMENTS THAT WENT ALL WEEK; The Orange Cake that Hasiba recommended to me. Orange that tasted like orange peel/ and a filling that tasted like creamed cheese! SO GOOD! Thank you Hasiba for the recommendation! The African Crunchies and the Peanut butter fudge got a lot of compliments as well. The BAKE SHOP is hitting home run after home run! Last Sunday the Collard Greens with pork WAS SO TENDER AND DELICIOUS WITH THE CORN BREAD!! The Mac&cheese were spot on as well! Great lunch! The Roasted Ham with pineapple sauce I saved until Monday...and on Monday I toasted up an english muffin and made a fabulous HAM/cheese, egg breakfast sandwich and the ham WAS SPOT ON!! SO GOOD! At lunch the soup "Manhattan style seafood chowder" was excellent!! OH, before I forget, the BBQ Chicken Pizza had FABULOUS FLAVOR! On Tuesday, the smoked BBQ Pork Chop was delicious, and the seasoned fried wedges were a good side. And thank you to the consistency of the Salad Bar to accompany the lunch!! On Wednesday, as I was debating on the Chicken Stir Fry with noodles, Hasiba was near by to ensure NO Onions. So, thank you for watching out, I much appreciate your assistance!! Your Team absolutely ROCKS! Thank you all for watching out for me!!!! On Friday, the goopy eggs WERE Goopy, thank you! Whoever is preparing the eggs, Well Done!! Thank you, they are perfect! Oh, and the BAKE SHOP also prepared delicious, tender, tasty HONEY BUNS! NICELY DONE! One more thing...the Peach Yogurt was EXCELLENT!! Yesterday, I took smoked salmon off the salad bar for today. Toast up a bagel, some cream cheese, tomato and cucumbers, topped with smoked salmon...TO DIE FOR! Thank you for the smoked salmon!! I want to thank the food management team top to bottom...night, day, YOU ALL ROCK. Thank you all for what you do, day in, day out. Have a great weekend.
